NYSC Update

New York Supreme Court Judge, the Honorable Herman Cahn, has set a court date for January 14th, 2008 for the Golden Gate Yacht Club (GGYC) and the Society Nautique de Geneva (SNG) to appear before him to listen to further submissions from both parties. Apparently, the issue on the validity of the GGYC challenge has been raised by SNG's new legal team. No order will be released before then.
